What are SIPS?

SIPS or Structural Insulated Panels are dense polyurethane foam sandwiched between two layers of composite board. This structure gives the panel great load bearing potential as well as giving it highly effective insulting properties. SIPS can be used as wall panels (loadbearing & non loadbearing), and roof structures. Allowing you to build an ecologically sustainable panel home with precision and speed. What we do

Over the past decade Future Tech has specialized in the instillation of modular buildings using SIPS. Our dedicated teams specialize in the construction of timber frame structures and “flat pack homes”. We also handle all aspects of the production chain for your SIPS construction:
